The Joshbob Meatball Sub

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10- Frozen Turkey Meatballs
  • 2- Slices of Wheat Bread

Directions:

  1. Remove meatballs from freezer
  2. Microwave meatballs for 5 minutes
  3. Place meatballs on bread
  4. Enjoy

 

The Dez BBQ Bowl

Serving Size: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb- Turkey Meat
  • 1 cup- Mustard
  • 1 Cup- Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
  • Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Optional)
  • Squeeze of Lime (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Brown Turkey Meat in skillet
  2. Once browned, add Turkey Meat, Mustard, and BBQ Sauce into bowl
  3. Season with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Salt Bae Style) and a Squeeze of Lime juice for additional flavor.
  4. Enjoy

 

Proatmeal

Serving Size: 1

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minute 30 seconds

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag- Dinosaur Brown Sugar Oatmeal
  • Enough Milk to cover the oats
  • 1 scoop- Chocolate Whey Protein

Directions:

  1. Pour Oatmeal into bowl
  2. Pour enough Milk into bowl to cover oats
  3. Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
  4. Mix in 1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein
  5. Enjoy

 

Snack Food Burrito

Serving Size: 1

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 30 seconds

Ingredients:

  • 1- 12 inch Tortilla
  • 1 Handful- Shredded Cheese
  • 1 Handful- Blazing Buffalo Doritos
  • 1 Handful- Spicy Cheez-its
  • 1 Handful- Tortilla Chips
  • 1 Handful- Buffalo Snyder Pretzels
  • 4 Tsps.- Salsa
  • 2 Tsps.- BBQ Sauce

Directions:

  1. Warm Tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds
  2. Put Cheese, Doritos, Cheez-its, Tortilla Chips, and Pretzels onto the Tortilla
  3. Drizzle Salsa and BBQ sauce on top
  4. Enjoy (???)
